The match between Celtic and Livingston this weekend is heading for a stadium sell out after strong Celtic Park ticket sales.
The Bhoys face David Martindale’s side looking to get revenge on a defeat at the Tony Macaroni Arena earlier this season.
Livi have proven to be something of a bogey team for Celtic in recent years with impressive results in West Lothian and a couple of draws in the East end of Glasgow.
However, Celtic do have the ability to crack them open at Paradise. The last match between the two sides at Celtic Park finished 6-0 back in April.
Celtic today boasted of strong ticket sales for the upcoming encounter, suggesting there were only a handful of tickets remaining and that supporters should be quick to secure their seats.
A look at the club’s ticketing website shows just a few sections remaining where two seats can be purchased together, which is always a good sign that a sell out is imminent.
Fans really have got on board with the Ange Postecoglou era, despite initial predictions suggesting supporters might have rebelled against a somewhat unknown managerial appointment.
There have already been sell outs for matches against Jablonec, AZ Alkmaar, Ross County and Bayer Leverkusen this season. The upcoming fixture against Real Betis in December is also sold out weeks in advance.
Far from being a repeat of the Ronny Deila reign, the engagement of supporters is far more akin to the glory days of Brendan Rodgers at the club, when fans return to the stadium in their thousands.
Hopefully another excellent atmosphere can push the team on to a much-needed three points.
