Celtic star Alistair Johnston has enjoyed a fantastic year for club and country that he topped off last week by signing a new contract with the Bhoys.
Following his starring role in last campaign’s domestic double, the 26-year-old has gone on to register nine goal contributions in 19 appearances this time around.
Signing on the dotted line, Alistair Johnston has committed his future to Celtic until the summer of 2029 and hasn’t ruled out finishing his career at this ‘unbelievably special’ club.

Brendan Rodgers has been able to secure one of his prize assets for the foreseeable, while his fresh terms cap a year that has yielded silverware and a Copa America semi-final run with Canada.
Such achievements rarely go unnoticed, and the Celtic defender has now landed elite recognition for his brilliant displays for club and country.
