Celtic legend Chris Sutton answered the call to take part in a recent social media challenge, and used it as an excuse to showcase his sensational football skills.

Sutton took part in the ‘stay at home challenge’, which has seen Twitter accounts try to juggle with their feet items such as toilet roll, or any other household object, in the way you would try to do ‘keepie-uppies’ with the ball.

However, Sutton answered the challenge in his own unique style.

Juggled the ball on his foot

He decided to use a normal football – but was holding his dog whilst he juggled the ball on his foot. The results were hilarious, and can be seen below.

That was typical of Sutton, he would have wanted to do as many ‘keepie-uppies’ as he could with the ball, and he showed that he still has the skills which modern-day footballers would be proud of.

It will be interesting to see if any Celtic players take part in the challenge. They must be beginning to get very bored as the football lockdown continues.

Players will have to make own entertainment

They will have to make their own entertainment, whilst still keeping fit and raring to go whilst they wait for the call that football will return to the British Isles.

Until then, the players at Celtic and every other club must look to fill the time in what is a unique situation. At least Chris Sutton still has his footballing skills.
