Celtic manager Neil Lennon was a surprise guest at Partizan Belgrade vs Connah’s Quay Nomads.

The unlikely match up came as a shock as the Welsh side defeated Kilmarnock in the last round.

However, the Hoops boss is still in the transfer market for more players.

Just who is the Irishman eyeing up to put on the green and white jersey?

It’s highly likely Lennon is down in Wales to look at the Belgrade players.

No direspect to Nomads, but the Hoops will be looking closer to players of the Serbain side’s quality.

One player Lennon could be interested in is right-back, Nemanja Miletić.

The 28-year-old is a Serbian international has played 92 matches for the club in two years.

He won’t command a massive fee, but is out of contract in 2021.

Miletić can also fill in at centre-back which will be a massive draw for Lennon who is bolstering his defence.

Lennon may also be eyeing up left-back Slobodan Urosevic to increase the numbers on the other side.

The 25-year old is a one time Serbian international who can also play as in left-midfield.

However, can Lennon shock everyone by going after a former Rangers man?

Rangers striker the man on Lennon’s mind?

Rangers flop Umar Sadiq started up front for Belgrade against Connah’s Quay Nomads.

The former Ger was hooked at half-time without scoring.

Nevertheless, Sadiq still managed to rile up the blues faithful following his departure from Ibrox.

The 22-year-old hit out at manager Steven Gerrard and the club over wages and fines.

He also blamed recently released Kyle Laffery’s arrival for his Rangers demise.

Sadiq would really get fans talking if he turned up at Celtic this season.

The former Roma youth product would be an instant enemy and perfect for the derby games.
