Celtic have teased supporters with snippets of the much-anticipated annual Christmas video from the club, which will promote a variety of gifts and merchandise for sale this winter.
This has become a yearly event for Celtic and their media team, who have won plaudits and awards for similar campaigns in the past. From Leigh Griffiths as the elf on a shelf to other shenanigans, the videos usually go down a treat with Celtic fans.
This year’s effort could be one of the best yet with the club already promising a cameo from Jota as look-a-like George Michael, as well as a brilliant Kyogo appearance.
With popular manager Ange Postecoglou and a number of other summer signings set to be involved, this year’s will be a can’t-miss affair.
It all goes live at 7:30 am Celtic Park time tomorrow morning (Tuesday 23rd November) on the club’s official YouTube channel via this link. Celtic have actually scheduled up a ‘Premiere’ of the YouTube video, meaning you’ll be able to view it at the same time as other fans in the live chat feature.
The theme seems to revolve around a ‘Christmas dinner like no other’ with Celtic telling supporters to wear their ‘best jumper’.
It will kick off what is hopefully a month-plus of good cheer for the club on the pitch. Celtic have a huge gauntlet of matches coming up, culminating in a firecracker derby against Rangers on January 2nd.
With league action, a cup final and European matches also on the horizon, it’s an exciting time to be a Celtic supporter.
