Celtic fans will be buzzing at the latest training footage featuring Alistair Johnston.
Johnston has been out injured since Celtic’s draw with Kairat Almaty after the Canadian suffered a torn hamstring.
The right-back has been a huge miss despite Brendan Rodgers getting the best out of young Celtic defender Colby Donovan and Scotland’s Anthony Ralston.
But now, after being told he would be out for 12 weeks, Johnston’s injury appears to be healing well as Celtic release footage of the 27-year-old back in training.

Celtic release footage of Alistair Johnston looking strong in training
Johnston is back on the grass as the Celtic defender looks to get back to full fitness after the injury sustained in the Champions League tie.
And looking at the Canadian in training, Johnston looks as fit as a fiddle.
Have a watch of this:
The Celtic full-back has missed seven games so far and whilst he is back in training looking mobile, fitter and stronger, it’s unlikely Johnston will be involved in Sunday afternoon’s game at Dundee.
But that doesn’t matter. All that matters to the Celtic fans is that Johnston is back in training and ahead of schedule to return to the Hoops’ starting lineup.
