Celtic reminded everyone who reigns supreme in Glasgow with a superb social media post on Thursday.
The club’s media department have played a blinder recently, and were at it again as they posted a series of photos with a Celtic slogan etched on pavements around Glasgow.
The tweet featured the words “This is our City. These are our Streets” alongside images of several key Glasgow destinations with the phrase “One decade in the making 10.07” stamped on the ground.
This is our City.
These are our Streets.

The PR stunt is to tie in with the club’s first Adidas kit launch which will take place on Friday.
The timing of Celtic tweet couldn’t have been better
Nobody outside Celtic Park will know if this tweet had been planned for a long time.
But after seeing a rather dubious tweet coming from our rivals Rangers yesterday, many may feel this was a deliberate comeback from the club.
Yesterday, our rivals claimed “Glasgow is blue” in a tweet, despite the fact they have been firmly in our shadow for the past decade.
But, regardless of the intentions of Celtic’s tweet, everyone will now have been reminded who is boss in the city.
While our rivals photoshop their badge onto Glasgow landmarks, we make our message for real.
That kind of sums up the last nine years.
