Celtic can improve Mohamed Elyounoussi by playing him in a central attacking position.
The jury is still out on the natural winger on loan from Southampton. However, Neil Lennon and co must be looking at different means of using him. By moving Elyounoussi away from the byline, it will better suit his attributes and physique.
Mohamed Elyounoussi can improve on early Celtic career
The 25-year-old is looking to revitalise his stalling career with the move to Glasgow.

An early assist against Hamilton Accies a few weeks ago got his career off to a flyer. But from early viewings, there are certain areas the Norwegian international can improve on.
Elyounoussi is pretty stocky for a wide player and can be of better use playing more centrally.
He isn’t the fastest player either but clearly has technical abilities that can be enhanced. Unfortunately, the former Molde man comes to Celtic low on confidence and in need of it.

Perhaps a greater run of matches on the wing will show the fans the qualities that the Hoops fans know about.
However, as of yet, he is the shadow of the player that ran Celtic ragged in the Europa League years ago.
A big problem stands in Norwegian’s way with positional switch
A move to the central may not come to fruition and, if so, not for a while.
Lennon has an abundance of central players who can all play in that one slot behind Odsonne Edouard.

It will be tough for Elyounoussi to displace the ones that are settled in there.
If push comes to shove, Lennon may notice that Elyounoussi has a similar feel to Kris Commons. The former Hoops star was a stocky attacker who ended up becoming vital in the centre for the club.
Perhaps, with a bit more work, Elyounoussi will be able to have the same spark in that position.
