Celtic have touched down in Japan ahead of an important week in our pre-season preparations.
The first-team squad landed at Narita International Airport on Monday evening, Japanese time.
The players will have flown around ten hours to Tokyo, and face a couple of high-profile friendly matches over the coming week.
On Wednesday they face the reigning J1 League champions Yokohama F. Marinos, while Gamba Osaka will provide the opposition on Saturday.
Both matches are 7pm kick-offs in Japan, meaning that they will get underway at 11am Scottish time.
Japanese Celtic supporter and popular Twitter user @Nobubhoy tweeted some images from the airport where Celtic fans were waiting on the team.

The images he shared included the likes of Joe Hart, Kyogo Furuhashi, Matt O’Riley and Brendan Rodgers getting to grips with their new surroundings.
It may have been a shock to some of our stars to see the familiar green-and-white sight at the other side of the world. It’ll do them no harm to be reminded that they’re playing for a truly global club.
Celtic fans are everywhere you go on the planet. The team found that out in Sydney last year. It’ll be the same this week in Yokohama and Osaka.

Of course, the likes of Furuhashi, Tomoki Iwata and Reo Hatate are returning back home. It is likely to be a proud moment for them and they will be hoping to put on a show come Wednesday.
Celtic’s pre-season is certainly about to be ramped up a notch or two.
