The Celtic under-21 squad get their Challenge Cup campaign underway against Queen’s Park on Tuesday evening.
The young Hoops take on the League Two outfit in the competition properly known as the Tunnock’s Caramel Wafer Cup.

Biscuit gags aside, it promises to be a crunch match between the two Glasgow clubs.
The game will be played at Aidrie’s Penny Cars stadium and we could see the likes of Armstrong Oko-Flex and Barry Coffey given a chance to show what they can do.
However, one man who won’t be playing is wonderkid Karamoko Dembele. He’ll miss the game with a foot injury.
Challenge Cup gives Celtic players a good opportunity
The tournament is widely criticised for its bizarre format that includes teams from other parts of the UK. But the truth is that it offers our youngsters a great opportunity to test themselves against some seasoned professionals.

Spiders boss Mark Roberts is likely to field a weakened side for the clash so the Hoops will be hoping they can show their class and book a place in the next round.
With the likes of Oko-Flex, Coffey and Scott Robertson likely to be in action, it should be a good watch for anyone going along. Kick-off in Airdrie is at 7:45pm.
