The recent Glasgow derby wasn’t a great look for either Celtic or Rangers.
It’s probably one of the worst derby games you will ever see, but despite that, Celtic still sit top of the Premiership table, and they are yet to concede a goal in the league.
The same can’t be said for Russell Martin’s Rangers, who are seventh in the Premiership table and are yet to taste a win this season.
Whilst Celtic will still be expected to secure title glory, could there be another team coming in at second place?
The two clubs in Edinburgh, Hearts and Hibernian, are flying and certainly feel like they have a chance.

Will anyone split Celtic and Rangers at the top?
Charlie Mulgrew and Barry Ferguson agreed on two things: about whether anyone can split Celtic and Rangers, and that is, if it happens, then it will be this season.
As of this moment, it’s Derek McInnes’ Hearts, who have no European football this term, sitting second in the table, with an unbeaten start, and their rivals just behind them.
But Mulgrew and Ferguson simply can’t see any of them getting in the way of the Glasgow duo, as they told Go Radio.
Mulgrew: “Early signs are that, if you are going to do it, you are going to do it this year. I don’t think it will happen.
“But I think, these teams must be looking and thinking, ‘right, if it’s going to be done, it’s going to be done this year, the way things have started.’ They will know Celtic and Rangers will get better as well. I like Hibs. I think Hibs will get third spot.”
Ferguson: “It would be (this is the year to do it), but I am just being honest, I can’t see it happening. I really can’t.
“I think it’s going to be a brilliant tussle for third place, and it’s definitely going to go down, in my opinion, between Hearts and Hibs, that’s for sure. Two good starts to the season. Made a lot of changes. Two managers that I rate highly.”
When was the last time Celtic and Rangers were split?
Throughout the history of Scottish football, it has been Celtic and Rangers battling it out for the main prize, and in recent times, there has only been one outright winner.
But when was the last time anybody split the usual top two? And this doesn’t include when Rangers went spiralling down the leagues.
The answer is Aberdeen, and they are the only ones to have done it twice since the turn of the century by pushing Rangers into third.
