Celtic’s £7 million summer signing Christopher Jullien hasn’t been at the club for that long. But already he has shown that he isn’t afraid to poke fun at one of his team-mates.
Jullien took to social media following Celtic’s 4-1 win over AIK. The Frenchman scored his first goal for the Hoops in the game with a tap-in from a set piece.
However, Scott Brown was also in the area when Jullien scored, and at first there seemed to be a bit of confusion about who got the final touch.
It was judged to be Jullien, and he spoke on Twitter about it after the game.
“First goal, hope you still love me Scott Brown” he said.

It is good to see that Jullien seems to have settled into life in Glasgow quickly off the pitch. Judging from his ‘banter’ with the Hoops skipper, he could well be a popular player already.
Overcame a slow start
After a slow start to his Celtic career, Jullien seems to be coming into his own. He has played well for the Hoops in recent weeks.
However, he will face his biggest test on Sunday when the Hoops face Rangers in the first Glasgow derby of the season.
Should Jullien help the Hoops gain a notable result, it will end his first few months with the club on a positive note. These are the types of games that Jullien should be thriving in. All at Celtic will be hoping that he passes this test with flying colours.
