It’s the news the Celtic fans have all been waiting for this week. Ever since Celtic defeated Rangers 3-2 at Parkhead in the last Glasgow Derby, being crowned champions was just a case of when, and not if.
After a weekend of drama where Celtic gained a point and Rangers dropped three against Aberdeen, the fans were waiting on the SPFL to publish the post-split fixtures so that they can start to organise potential title parties.
Celtic have just released the fixture list on Twitter this morning. Sunday the 7th of May sees Ange Postecoglou head to Tynecastle where a victory would see Ange Postecoglou’s side officially crowned the SPFL champions for the second time in a row.
Celtic face three trips away from home with just two of the last remaining fixtures to be played at Celtic Park.
The final fixtures read as follows:

At least the final game of the season is at Paradise where 60,000 fans will swarm to Parkhead to celebrate with the team in scenes that are sure to surpass those witnessed last season.
Celtic defeated Motherwell 6-0 and kicked off a day of huge celebrations and this season’s celebrations promise to even better if Ange’s men give us a treble to look forward to.
