Joe Hart dedicated yesterday’s win to the Celtic fans as he thanked them on Instagram for their “amazing” support.
Hart kept his second consecutive clean sheet against Hungarian champions Ferencvaros after a big 2-0 Europa League win that puts us in contention to qualify for the last-32.
And the Celtic goalkeeper immediately took to Instagram to thank the fans, with former EPL title-winner Danny Drinkwater and ex-Hoops star Ryan Christie amongst the first to respond:

Hart himself produced yet another top display as he reaffirmed his importance to the Celtic cause against the Hungarians.
The former England number 1 made an important first-half stop before coming to Carl Starfelt’s rescue late on. Once again, the reliable nature of Hart was on full display for the supporters.
The Englishman signed for the club in the summer for free. In all seriousness, it’s looking like the best bit of business we’ve managed to get over the line all year.
Joe Hart again comes up big for Celtic; dedicates win to support
Hart has struck a big connection with the Celtic support since coming up from Tottenham Hotspur back in August. The Hoops fans have longed for someone they can invest their faith in between the sticks. Hart appears to be that very man.
And it’s not the first time he’s praised the Celtic fans for their off-field support either. It’s something the shot-stopper tends to do regularly as he continues his burgeoning relationship with the Parkhead fanbase.
Of course, it’s easy to do when you’re winning games and putting in performances. Something Ange Postecoglou’s team is now starting to do.

As for Hart individually, he needed these last couple of clean sheets. Too often he’s put in solid displays only to be let down by his backline. If anyone deserves something to show for the recent performances, it’s the former Man City man.
It’s certainly been earned too. Even though there have been defensive mixups, it’s been important for the Celtic support to see Hart spring into action. We needed to see for ourselves if he was a genuine upgrade on Vasilis Barkas and Scott Bain.
Even posing that question now looks laughable.
