Celtic fans have found out ticket details ahead of our trip to face Dundee as the first of five crucial Scottish Premiership post-split fixtures.
With kick-off at 3 p.m. on Sunday, the official club ticket account initially noted a reduced allocation of 3,323 briefs for the clash at Dens Park were now on sale.
These briefs are available to season ticket holders who attended ten or more away matches in 2022/23, costing £32 for adults, £20 for those over 65 or students, and £14 for the Under-18 category.
Nevertheless, we received a figure of 3,737 for our 3-0 Boxing Day victory on Tayside at the tail end of 2023, which, at the time, was thought to be a markdown of 414 tickets this time around [Celtic FC Tickets].
Now, new details have come to light regarding the reasoning for this despite several media reports you may have seen earlier today
Celtic ticket details for Dundee and initial allocation confusion
Per Football Scotland, Dundee have not cut Celtic’s allocation for the forthcoming match at Dens Park despite suggestions that tickets may not be sold in Block B of the main stand for the fixture.
Instead, further briefs for the clash will be sold separately to local Hoops supporters to prevent away fans from gaining entry to the home section on Sunday.

The same amount of tickets will be sold as previously thought, and if they sell out, Celtic could have a following of close to 4200 in attendance, according to the outlet.
Either way, Celtic are now set to be backed by a healthy following as they look to maintain their advantage at the summit of the Scottish Premiership.
