A player who seems to be a forgotten man at Celtic Park could turn out to be key for the Hoops next season. That player is Eboue Kouassi.
Since he joined the Hoops in January 2017, injuries have curtailed his chances of making a real impact for the club. Indeed, he has been out since October with a knee ligament injury.
Avoid overplaying squad

However, should he keep fit next season, he could be an ideal squad player for the Bhoys. What Celtic will need to avoid doing under Neil Lennon is overplaying the squad.
Players such as Callum McGregor and Scott Brown should be given games off on a regular basis. For example. McGregor played 59 games for the Hoops last season. That is arguably too much football.

Rotate the team at times
Therefore, the Hoops should rotate their squad next season. That could see the likes of Kouassi given a chance to shine in the middle of the park.

Not only would it give the regular starters a rest, but it would also give the squad players a chance to stake their claim for a regular first-team spot.
That could give Kouassi a chance to show what he is a made of after a stop-start career at Celtic so far.
He needs a run of games to establish himself in the team. Should he take over from a rested player an impress, he could well get that run of games.
