English Premier League side Brentford are reportedly one of three teams ‘considering a move’ for talented Celtic youngster Bosun Lawal.
The 19-year-old joined the Hoops last summer, arriving from English side Watford where he was seen as one of their most exciting prospects.
Since heading to Glasgow, Lawal has regularly featured for the club’s B side in the Scottish Lowland League.

However, after his impressive displays during the 2021/22 campaign, in which Tommy McIntyre’s side finished 3rd place in the 5th tier, Lawal has been promoted to the first team.
Regularly this campaign, the Irishman has been spotted training amongst Ange Postecoglou’s squad after first joining up and featuring in pre-season.
The defender was also taken to Australia and Portugal for mid-season training camps, where he once again played a part in friendly fixtures.
Saturday’s game marked Lawal’s first appearance in a competitive Celtic squad, as he was on the bench at Pittodrie against Aberdeen.
With his recent fast rise, clubs from across the globe now have the teenager on their radar, and reports have suggested several teams could be interested in making a move.
According to a report from Mail Sport, English Premier League side Brentford are one of three clubs monitoring the Irish central defender.

Italian duo Pisa and Verona are also reportedly considering a move for the youngster after his promotion to Ange Postecoglou’s first team.
Celtic’s important next steps for Bosun Lawal.
After signing for the club just last summer, the prospect already appears to be attracting plenty of interest.
Lawal is currently seen as one of Celtic’s best youngsters coming through the academy, and that is evident by his involvement with the first team.
As English and Italian clubs line up a potential move, Celtic’s next steps to continue Lawal’s development are crucially important.
If he is continuing to impress, then a first-team debut may be on the horizon. However, the next best step, in my opinion, is now to get him out on loan.

The experience of first-team football at a higher level is very important and could help the defender reach the next stage of his development.
If we don’t give the youngster enough opportunities, whether that be at Celtic or out on loan, then he is likely to start considering offers from interested clubs more seriously.
So, it should be interesting to see what Celtic’s next steps are heading into the January transfer window.
In other news, Livingston boss believes Ange Postecoglou has added new dimension to Celtic.
