Celtic loanee Ewan Henderson could do the club a big favour in the title race when he faces Rangers on Wednesday evening.
The 19-year-old is very likely to appear for Ross County as they host the Premiership’s second side in front of the TV cameras. Henderson is yet to score for the Highlanders but he has helped them to a terrific run in form that has lifted them to sixth in the table.

If he could net his first senior goal against Steven Gerrard’s men then it would make shockwaves at Celtic Park – a place he has already played.
Henderson should be motivated for Rangers clash
Henderson returned to the County starting eleven on Saturday as they earned an impressive 2-2 draw against Hibernian. He had previously missed their 6-0 drubbing at Parkhead – due to being ineligible – and it was no surprise to see the newly promoted outfit struggle so much in an attacking sense in the East End of Glasgow.
But Henderson should have a big point to prove as he takes on Rangers – who have looked far from convincing defensively in recent weeks.

His loan move looks like terrific business for both County and ourselves. The Dingwall side get to add a very talented footballer to their ranks for the season while we get to increase the chances of them taking points off every team in the league bar ourselves.
Hopefully it works out that way on Wednesday night.
