Celtic are on the cusp of winning a world-record ninth domestic treble this season.
Of all of those trebles, Callum McGregor has won five, as has Hoops winger James Forrest during their time at Celtic.
Since the year 2000, Celtic’s trophy dominance has meant that the Hoops have picked up six trebles over that period with Brendan Rodgers on course for his third as the Hoops boss.
And while everyone at the club has played their part in Celtic’s recent successes, Pundit Hugh Keevins has stated that majority shareholder Dermot Desmond will be desperate to keep one man at the club to carry on the Hoops’ domination of Scottish football.

Dermot Desmond told Brendan Rodgers is ‘vitally important to Celtic’
Keevins told Superscoreboard, “Dermot Desmond will be moving heaven and earth to keep Brendan Rodgers beyond next season. He will be there for all of next season. He is vitally important to Celtic.
“He’s had two spells as manager. He has been wildly successful. He is the most important person at Celtic Park.
“He’s more important than anyone in a suit, collar and tie. And he brings trophies. Therefore, Dermot Desmond, who’s been around the club for 30 years now, must understand that Brendan Rodgers is necessary to maintain success at Celtic.”
