Former Celtic hero, Odsonne Edouard’s future has come into sharp focus after Fabrizio Romano shared an update on the striker’s future at Crystal Palace.
After leaving Celtic for London in 2021, the big Frenchman has made 101 appearances for The Eagles scoring just 22 goals.
Now entering the final year of his contract, Edouard was rumoured earlier in last season to be on his way out of Palace after the club were looking to put him up for sale.
That was just over a month ago now and since then there has been silence. Until now.

Fabrizio Romano took to social media this weekend to deliver an update on the former Celtic striker and it seems that Edouard could very well be in demand this summer.
Celtic’s most expensive signing of all time has struggled with life at the London club and now looks to be on his way out.
Still a popular figure amongst the Celtic fans, Edouard will always be remembered for his cheeky Panenka penalty in the 2020 Scottish Cup final that helped to seal the historic Quadruple Treble.
With Palace now looking to offload the £14m striker, it will be interesting to see just how much they will recoup and if Celtic inserted a sell-on clause into the deal to sell him to the Premier League club.
On a whopping £70,000 per week, Edouard is likely to command another hefty salary wherever he goes as at just 26, the former PSG and Celtic striker still has a lot of years ahead of him to become a top striker at a club.
Whether he will emulate the 87 goals and 38 assists he managed to achieve at Celtic over a four-year spell along with winning four league titles, three Scottish Cups and four League Cups will remain to be seen.
