Former Celtic winger Scott Sinclair is currently training with English Premier League giants Chelsea after his recent release from Preston North End.
The 33-year-old has been without a club since early May, following his departure from the English Championship side.
His time at Deepdale came to an end this summer after spending the last two years in the second tier south of the border.
Of course, Preston was the club Sinclair joined in the January of 2020 upon the end of his Celtic career, due to lack of game time under former boss Neil Lennon.
The Englishman, who has enjoyed spells at clubs such as Aston Villa and Manchester City, had arguably his best playing days at Parkhead.
Having previously played under Brendan Rodgers at Swansea, the Northern Irishman brought the rapid winger to Celtic, and the rest was history.
Sinclair would go on to have a huge part to play in an incredibly successful period within the club’s history, including winning player of the year during the Invincible Treble campaign.
Across 167 games in total for the club, the Englishman contributed towards 95 goals, lifting nine trophies whilst in Glasgow. And, who could forget that brilliant song, that would ring around Celtic Park.
After a disappointing few years back in England, Sinclair now finds himself without a club. However, he turned to one of his former teams in a bid to keep up his fitness.

Taking to Instagram, Sinclair confirmed that he is currently training at English Premier League giants Chelsea, where he spent the early days of his career, teasing a potential move elsewhere after keeping his fitness up.
I am sure there is no chance that next move will be with the London-based club. But, it is great to see that Sinclair has been allowed to train at their Cobham base as he eyes up his next club.
Hopefully, the winger can secure a move within the next few weeks, and it allows ex-England u21 internationalist the chance to get back playing regular football once again.
