Former Celtic duo Si Ferry and Paul Slane had a fair bit to do with the country’s new craze: “Yes sir, I can boogie.”
The classic Baccara hit has been adopted by the likes of Ryan Christie and Callum McGregor on international duty, as was shown in a video last night.
And Open Goal pair Ferry and Slane took things to the next level on Friday in a brilliant public video.
The pair of pals are seen dancing around singing the Tartan Army’s new favourite tune – less than a day after we made it to Euro 2020.
And loads of Celtic supporters have been loving the hilarious video, and just generally been swept up in the feel good factor around the country.

Scotland is buoyant again
You always knew that things would go a bit daft when Scotland finally qualified for another major tournament.
But the last 24 hours have exceeded expectations by far. The feel good factor around the country is remarkable.
As a Celtic fan it’s been nice to switch off from the club scene for a bit of time. Watching the Hoops has been a bit of a task over the last few months, and it’s nice to be able to turn the attention to something else for a wee while.

Hopefully our Scotland contingent get a real boost from what they’ve achieved, and what the entire country is feeling, and bring it to next Saturday’s game against Hibernian.
As for next summer. Maybe my bosses will find a way to get me down to London for a bit of fun.
Just a thought.
