It all seems to be going well at Celtic Park at the moment. The club is currently top of both the Scottish Premiership and Europa League Group E tables.

The Hoops gained revenge on Cluj to win 2-0 on Thursday night. On the back of this good news, manager Neil Lennon had more news that will please the Hoops support.

He revealed that there had been no injuries suffered by any member of the squad during the win over the Romanian champions.

“No major bumps and bruises after last night” he told the Celtic Twitter account ahead of Sunday’s clash against Livingston.

It would have been a blow to the Hoops if they had suffered any injuries in the Cluj match. Celtic have been unfortunate with injuries recently, with Mikey Johnston, Leigh Griffiths, Nir Bitton and Jozo Simunovic all missing significant game time recently.

Thankfully for the Hoops no further injuries were suffered in the win over Cluj, and Neil Lennon will have an almost full squad to pick from for the game against Livingston.

Will the same starting line-up play twice in three days?

It will be intriguing to see if Lennon sticks with the team who fared so well against Cluj. That could be a gamble, as it would mean two games in less than four days for the same players.

Perhaps the Hoops manager will only make a few changes then. It would be so surprise to see Vakoun Issouf Bayo feature at some stage, after he was suspended against Cluj.

Now is the time for the Hoops to focus on the last league game before the international break. The fact that the team who defeated Cluj has a clean bill of health can only be a good thing heading into the game against Livingston.
