Celtic’s Greg Taylor has attracted a lot of speculation in recent weeks as his unresolved contract situation continues to create uncertainty over his future at Parkhead.
Over the last few months, Brendan Rodgers has admitted he wants Taylor to sign an extension on several occasions, but there has been no cigar for the Irishman.
The Scotland international is free to talk to non-Scottish clubs about a pre-contract agreement and Dinamo Zagreb are keen admirers of the Celtic defender.

67 Hail Hail told last month that Dinamo hope Celtic will sell Taylor in January rather than waiting to land him in the summer on a free transfer. Fabio Cannavaro also has other options on his radar should a swoop prove to be a bridge too far.
Now, recent developments have offered an indication on where his head is at over the prospect of leaving Parkhead to join the Croatian champions.
Greg Taylor reportedly willing to join Dinamo Zagreb
According to Sportske, Celtic defender Taylor is willing to move to Zagreb and is ‘pressuring’ the club to let him explore a new chapter in his career.
However, the outlet claim there is no certainty surrounding anything at this point as his future in Scotland hangs in the balance.
Of course, Celtic played out a goalless draw with Dinamo Zagreb a matter of weeks ago in the Champions League, which would’ve given the Croatian outfit an opportunity to observe Taylor at close quarters.
Forming a significant part of recent success at Parkhead, the full-back has featured 197 times for the Bhoys, registering nine goals and 30 assists.
Celtic’s pursuit of Kieran Tierney may have implications
By now, everyone will know Celtic are pushing to sign Kieran Tierney and could soon wrap up a pre-contract to bring the iconic figure back to Glasgow.
Arsenal opted not to activate his one-year extension option, and he is set to be a free agent in a matter of months. However, the terms and conditions of the Lennoxtown graduate returning this month are still to be ironed out.
The momentum acceleration behind a swoop for Tierney is likely to reshape the Bhoys’ left-back options moving forward. At present, Taylor looks the likeliest to depart should the former make a dramatic comeback to his boyhood heroes.
