Celtic Legends lost to the Feyenoord Legends 2-1 in the charity match at De Kuip.
The match was arranged in honour of Celtic and Feyenoord legend Wim Jansen with all proceeds going to the Dutch club’s Foundation.
Hoops icon Scott Brown captained the Celtic Legends side which included the likes of Giorgos Samaras, Artur Boruc and Stiliyan Petrov.
The match was played in good humour as all charity matches are, until two minutes before the end where Celtic legend Scott Brown was given his marching orders in true Broony fashion.

Scott Brown rolls back the Celtic years with hilarious red card vs Feyenoord Legends
Brown has clearly not lost his competitive side after a perfectly executed slide tackle was deemed a foul in the dying minutes of the game and the referee awarded Feyenoord a penalty.
Incensed, the former Celtic skipper gave the match referee a volley of verbals which earned him a straight red card.
And speaking to Feyenoord TV after the match, the Celtic hero was livid.
Brown told One Feyenoord, “The referee had a shocker. He’s tried his best for you, didn’t he?
“But clear as day, he was offside, to be fair, I actually managed to get back and tackle. I’m more devastated because I’ve sprinted and I’ve not sprinted for a long time.
“So no, I thought the referee was poor today.
“I love the game. I love playing football and charity matches. We’re not as quick as what we used to be. Still competitive.
“You never want to lose a game, but we do at times, so we’ll have to deal with that, come back and hopefully have a rematch.”
Scott Brown’s message to ‘exceptional’ Celtic fans
The former Celtic skipper looked more relaxed at the final whistle than he did when confronting the match referee.
And when all had calmed down, Brown paid tribute to the Feyenoord and Celtic supporters who attended the game.
Brown continued, “We appreciate the fans coming today as well. The crowd was exceptional as well. Maybe not for us, but for the home crowd they were very, very good.
“We’ve got some fans here as well that travelled a long way to come to this game. So I thought overall, the game was really good. And, look it’s for a good cause as well, which helps.”
Brown was captured after the interview still giving the referee it tight and it’s great to see the fire is still alive and well in the Celtic legend’s belly.
