Alistair Johnston shares Celtic’s ‘hunger’ ahead of Scottish Cup final

Johnston is preparing for his fifth Hampden final for Celtic and it appears that the team is desperate to continue their remarkable Hampden winning streak.

Johnston told the Daily Record, “The hunger is still there in the squad. We want to win every piece of silverware available and we all have that desire and desperation to do it again on Saturday.

“We are in a position to do a domestic clean sweep so let’s go and take that chance.

“If you told me at the start of the season we would be in this position, you’d have taken it.”

Celtic fans will be hoping for a repeat of the last time they faced Aberdeen in the final where Rodgers created the Invincibles Treble season.
