Celtic defender Christopher Jullien has shared his joy at the reception of supporters after returning from injury last week.
Jullien was substituted into the match against Raith Rovers, receiving a huge cheer from the Hoops support, who followed it up with another when he made his first touch of the ball.
After 14 months of rehabilitation and training, it was a special moment for the Frenchman.

He told Celtic TV: “Unbelievable. It was a crazy ovation. I didn’t expect that. To have this welcome back by the fans was just amazing.
“Just to get my feet on the pitch, I just thank everyone again for this warm welcome back. I didn’t expect that because when you work that much, you don’t look for that ovation at the beginning.
“I can’t describe that moment. It was amazing. My family was there, everyone was there. I’m just working every day in training and seeing how it goes every day. But this welcome was something else and I’m never going to forget it.”
There’s still a long way to go for Jullien at the Bhoys. He’s not yet managed to convince Ange Postecoglou he’s worth a start in the team.
Even when he does make a starting eleven, there’s no guarantee he’ll manage to play at a high enough level to permanently disrupt the Cameron Carter-Vickers and Carl Starfelt partnership.
Nonetheless, last week’s moment was a serious boost for him. It will keep him focused and training towards reaching his peak again.
Hopefully, the defender and the Celtic supporters can share more special moments together in the future.
