Summer Celtic signing Haksabanovic is already relishing his time at the club, taking to Instagram to share a heartfelt message this evening.
Haksabanovic made his first start at Celtic Park last night, having previous started matches away to Shakhtar Donetsk and St Johnstone.
He’s been left blown away by the experience, stating on his Instagram stories: “In love with this club. Special night starting my first game in front of our fans. Y’all made it a dream come true even though the result is not what we wanted. But we are gonna fight like nothing else. Let’s keep our heads up and keep going.”

Obviously, nobody is delighted with the way last night panned out. But it’s heartening to hear that Haksabanovic has taken something out of the disappointment.
It’s crucial that our new signings manage to integrate themselves well into the club this season. Of the clutch of players signed by Ange Postecoglou during the summer, Haksabanovic is arguably the most promising.
He looks very sharp and capable with the ball in possession and has shown impressive versatility to fill in on the flanks or in a central attacking midfield area.
With Jota nursing a knock, Callum McGregor out and others such as Daizen Maeda struggling, having an option like Haksabanovic is very welcome.
It surely won’t be too long until he starts scoring and assisting goals on a consistent basis.
It will only help us if he’s enjoying himself too. Celtic can be an intoxicating place and it seems that the Montenegro international is learning that quickly, even in defeat.
In other news, Celtic supporters take on travel company after concerning matchday plans.
