Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou has confirmed that right-back Josip Juranovic has returned to training ahead of tomorrow’s game against Motherwell.

Juranovic has been missing from action since the Scottish Cup semi-final in April but has returned just in time to join the squad for a title party at Paradise.

The 26-year old has been a key contributor since joining last summer and will be hoping to feature in the showpiece fixture tomorrow afternoon.

Speaking to the press ahead of tomorrow’s game, AngePostecoglou confirmed that the Croatian was fit and available.

The Hoops boss also stated that there could be a few changes to the starting 11 on Saturday, with several players coming away sore after the 1-1 draw with Dundee United during midweek.

He said [Celtic TV]: “Josip has trained, and he’s available.

“We’ll see what I do in terms of the team. There will be a few changes. They are all good, but there were a couple who were sore after the other night.

“Obviously, we changed the team for that as well. So, we’ll still have a strong line-up out there.”

After suffering from so many injuries throughout the season, it is fitting that Postecoglou’s side get to end the campaign injury-free with Juranovic’s return.

It has been a long, hard campaign for the players. But, with the mentality installed by Ange this season, they will still be desperate to go out there and perform once last time this season.

We have seen some brilliant performances on trophy day. So, here is hoping for more of the same tomorrow afternoon.
