Joe Hart has posted a brilliant highlights package on Instagram as he thanked the Celtic fans for his Parkhead welcome.

Hart has reached over 20 appearances for the Hoops and has accumulated 10 clean sheets to his name in total. His presence has been a huge boost for the Celtic support, who have taken to him quickly since his summer move from Tottenham Hotspur.

And as he marked the occasion on Instagram, Hart produced a brilliant highlights package that showed just how invaluable he already is to the club:

The clip shows a range of different attributes Hart has shown since moving to Parkhead. From his shot-stopping to his distribution to his ball-handling – he’s been everything we could’ve asked for.

Not that it’s been perfect of course. Nobody would pretend otherwise. The experienced former England number 1 has made a couple of howlers too. Even he would be the first to admit that.

But he’s proven to be a massive upgrade on Vasilis Barkas, Scott Bain, and Conor Hazard respectively. That’s all Celtic fans were asking for over the summer.

Joe Hart flourishing at Celtic Park in new lease of life

What Hart has at Celtic Park is a manager and a fanbase that believes in him. That puts huge responsibility on his shoulders. That’s something a total winner like the former Manchester City star has been craving. He certainly didn’t get it under Jose Mourinho at Spurs last season.

He’s now at a club that can match both his appetite and his ambitions. Hart is all of a sudden playing as a number one in European competition. He’s fighting for titles once again too. Everything about his career is back on the up.

At 34, there’s clearly a lot more still to come. The Englishman doesn’t appear to be anywhere near close to hanging up the gloves. So long as he’s still producing at Celtic Park, there’s really no need to even consider it.

You wouldn’t have thought there were as many highlights as what Hart managed to show in the above clip. If anything highlights the integral part he plays at Celtic, it’s that very video. He’s captured the hearts and minds of supporters, and there’s already a real connection there.

But it’s only 20+ games to his name so far. There’s a long way to go before we’re talking about him being a proper Celtic hero.

However, Joe is certainly on the right track. Not even he could’ve imagined his popularity levels by this early stage of his Hoops career.
