John Collins has told Celtic there is a player at Motherwell he simply cannot believe they have not signed.
Celtic have been linked with Tawanda Maswanhise this January window as Martin O’Neill looks to beef up his attacking options.
The winger has been on fire this season and has scored in his last five games for Jens Berthel Askou’s side.
However, it’s not Maswanhise Collins is talking about as he lauds another winger that the Fir Park club have in their ranks.
And here, the former Celtic midfielder says his old club must look at another winger Askou has as he calls him a ‘proper little footballer’.

Elijah Just is a New Zealand international winger who joined Motherwell last summer. And Collins thinks he is perfect for Celtic.
Collins told the Wee Football Show, “Motherwell, I’ve watched a lot of them lately. They are a good football team
“I’ve got a feeling Motherwell fans you won’t like me enjoy him while you’ve got him [Jens Berthel Askou], because he’ll be gone very very soon. He’ll be gone. He’ll be gone.
“But I think they’re playing the best football in the league. I really do. And I’m going to throw up a little player.
“The little boy [Elijah] Just, how Celtic or Rangers, Hibs or Hearts have not bought him in this window is beyond me.
“He is a proper little footballer.”
