Celtic have signed up to continue their brilliant partnership with Don Boscos FC in Northern Ireland as the Parkhead club build their roots in the region through their International Partnership Program.
The agreement means that Celtic will get first refusal on any top talents coming through, and will also build their brand in the region, as well as offering opportunities for players and coaches from Don Boscos at Parkhead.
Celtic’s partnership with Don Boscos FC goes back nine years, and now, the Hoops have signed up to continue this forward-thinking initiative for another three.

Kieran Tierney & Jota ‘delighted’ at Celtic’s deal with Don Boscos FC
Speaking about the deal, Kieran Tierney and injured winger Jota both sent classy messages to the Derry-based club as Celtic’s partnership with Don Boscos will now run for 12 years.
Jota said, “Hello everyone. Jota here. Just wanted to say how delighted we are to extend the partnership with Don Boscos FC.

“A partnership that has seen us work with many young players from Derry over recent years. We are very much looking forward to continuing this great work.”
Tierney also said, “Hi everyone. Kieran Tierney here. Just wanted to say how delighted we are to continue the relationship with Don Boscos FC.
“A partnership that has seen us work with many young players from Derry over the years. We look forward to continuing this relationship.”

Well, Celtic fans will remember the iconic ‘Derry Pele’, after Paddy McCourt spent five seasons in Paradise from 2008.
The Irish winger was one of the most naturally gifted and skilful players to ever pull on the Celtic jersey, but his lack of fitness meant his first team appearances were seriously limited.
Despite that, McCourt reached cult-hero status among the Celtic fans after making 88 appearances, scoring ten goals and winning two league titles and two Scottish Cups.
