Future Celtic midfielder Liam Shaw is undoubtedly a player with potential.
However, he also has potential to be a headache next season. Today, against Birmingham City, Shaw received his second red card of the season. The BBC described his actions as a “bad foul”, which of course, sounds… not good [BBC].
Shaw was a big part of Wednesday’s struggles against Birmingham City. The away side took the lead 13 minutes after the Celtic signing’s 50th minute second yellow, and held on to win 1-0.
Shaw’s ill-discipline has seen him sent off twice this season. He’s played fewer than 15 matches for the Championship side’s first-team [Transfermarkt]. That’s a real worry.
