Celtic’s Jack Aitchison is currently on loan at League Two side Forest Green Rovers, and in an interview with the club’s YouTube channel he disclosed that he had recently been in contact with the club, after a spell of not hearing from the Scottish champions.
Aitchison has a decent record with Forest Green, as he has scored six goals for the League One team this season.
In the interview, he was asked about being in contact with his parent club Celtic. He gave an intriguing answer to the question.

“At the start it was quite good, went through a period of time where I didn’t really hear anything, I actually got a text today, from a coach, they are quite good with contact yeah.”
He then detailed what the text was about.
“Maybe I need to add this”
“They just kind of making sure everything is okay, and if I’m happy, just saying that I’m doing quite well the now, but maybe I need to add this to my game or try and do that to improve.”
You can take Aitchison’s comments two ways. It is either a concern that he didn’t hear from Celtic or that the club were satisfied with his progress.
Good news that club are advising player
A good thing thought is that he was recently in contact with a Hoops coach. The club are still keeping tabs on the player as to how he can make his game better.

Should Aitchison manage to score more goals for Forest Green between now and the end of the season, that will surely enhance his prospects at Celtic Park next season.
He should be aiming to hit double figures by the time his loan spell comes to an end. That could impress the coach Aitchison was in contact with, and Neil Lennon.
