Celtic centre-back Christopher Jullien has admitted that he is upset that he will miss the opening league game of the season against St Johnstone.
The £7 million defender will be absent when the league flag is unfurled. The reason why: a suspension carrying over from his time playing for Toulouse.
“You have to accept it”

“I didn’t realise it would follow me to Scotland, but you have to accept it” Jullien said regarding the suspension, as reported by the Evening Times.
“I know the final game was meaningless so it’s sad, but I have to stay fit and I’ll train well this week to be ready for Cluj.”
It is disappointing for Jullien, as he is only just started his Hoops career. He made his debut in the 2-0 win over Nomme Kalju.
Sounds ready for Champions League qualifier

Now he will have to miss out on one of the biggest domestic games of the season. The good news is though that he sounds ready to take on Cluj.
He will be a big player for the Hoops in the game in Romania, which is only a week away. That will be a hugely important game for the Hoops. The pressure will be on Jullien in what will be only his second match for Celtic.
However, Celtic paid big money so that Jullien could feature in the important games. Therefore, the Hoops should have no qualms about playing him against Cluj. The player sounds like he is looking forward to the challenge.
