Moussa Dembele certainly isn’t shy when it comes to celebrating his time at Celtic on social media. Just the other day he Tweeted about the time Mikael Lustig wore a policeman’s hat after the Hoops scored against Rangers.
Now he is at it again, responding to a Celtic fan’s video compilation Tweet about his time at the club with a series of emojis.

Dembele really does seem fond of the club, even though he now plays for Lyon. It was his performances at Celtic than won him that won him the move back to France though, as he will recognise.
Memorable hat trick in derby
Probably the highlight of Dembele’s time with the Hoops was his hat trick in the 5-1 win over Rangers at Celtic Park in September 2016.
It was the first hat trick scored by a Hoops player against Rangers in 50 years, after Stevie Chalmers scored a trio of goals in a 5-1 win in 1966.
We also can’t forget his two goals in the 3-3 Champions League draw with Manchester City. It was a shame that Demeble only stayed at Celtic for just over two seasons.
Helped Hoops to two trebles
However, those were very memorable seasons for both the club and the player. The first season saw Demebele become part of Celtic’s invincibles, whilst he helped the Hoops to another domestic treble in his second season at the club, before moving to Lyon.
Now, with no football on the horizon, he has time to look back at his time at Celtic, and it seems that he has only good memories of his time with the Hoops.
