Celtic manager Neil Lennon must have Timothy Weah in his mind for the match against Kilmarnock.

Based on results on Sunday, a win for the Hoops can seal the club eight-in-a-row.

The Celts have ran away with the league this season but towards the end it’s getting nervy.

Weah has been the perfect impact sub so far, but it’s clear he needs a shot in the team to give it energy.

Since Kieran Tierney is out with an injury, regular winger Jonny Hayes may find himself in defence.

This will mean the left-side in attack will be open to any suitors.

The on-loan American can play anywhere along the attacking three and is due his spot.

He has been the late spark in the team when things haven’t been going well recently.

However, he hasn’t had enough time to showcase his talents to the supporters who will be dying to see him more.

He appears to be grateful for any minutes he gets on the pitch and does try his hardest in them.

The attacker will go back to PSG and some fans in Glasgow may be thinking ‘what if?’ when it comes to Weah.

Futures on the line with decision

It’ll say a lot about all the wingers’ future at the club going on the decision Lennon makes.

If Weah starts, then he perhaps fancies him and the club may look to prolong his loan.

Unfortunately, this means he doesn’t fancy Scott Sinclair and he may head for the exit door in the summer.

If Hayes remains in his spot and Izaguirre comes in for Tierney, then clearly Lennon isn’t learning from mistakes.

Lennon’s future isn’t even determined yet, so a lot of careers at the club could be on the line.

What is for certain is that Weah should get his shot from the start or at least get more time on the pitch.
