Rangers have blown their big opportunity to cut the points gap on Celtic at the top of the Scottish Premiership after drawing 2-2 at home to Motherwell.

It left the door open for Rangers to close the gap to one point at the top of the table and after rushing to a two-goal lead, that looked like exactly what would happen.

However, they collapsed under pressure in the second half at Ibrox as Jordan Roberts and Kaiyne Woolery both scored to earn a share of the spoils.

There’s a long way to go in this title race.
