Ipswich fans have been reacting to reports that former Celtic boss Neil Lennon is a candidate to become the club’s new manager.

Ipswich are currently 11th in League One, nine points off the play-off places.
Lennon has been out of work since leaving Celtic in February of this year.

Ipswich fans have their say on Lennon

And the reaction they got wasn’t wholly positive.

Ipswich and Lennon strangely seems like a decent fit.
Both have fallen in stature in recent years but have a decent reputation overall.
But the reaction from the Ipswich support suggests Lennon would have his work cut out from day one.
In other news, Celtic’s UEFA ranking means tomorrow’s Real Betis clash is still an important one
