Any Celtic fans wanting to punish themselves by watching the highlights of last night’s travesty may come across something that makes them even more frustrated.
After Odsonne Edouard dinked in his remarkably cool equaliser, he pointed to his head – signalling a warning to his team-mates.
You know the signal. A “keep your head, lads” or “switch on” kind of move.

He had the right message. He knew that his penalty had changed a lot, but also not changed very much.
Copenhagen were still just a goal from inflicting some pain. And they soon did as the atmosphere inside Celtic Park was popped like a balloon.

Celtic stars should all have had Edouard mindset
Edouard was clearly aware of the status of the tie. So why weren’t some of his more defensive minded team-mates?
They seemed to get swept up in the Parkhead euphoria – almost as if they had to win the game before extra time.
A streetwise side would have calmed things down for a few minutes, and got to extra time at the very least.
The fact that Neil Lennon’s men were incapable of doing that, for the second time this season, beggars belief.
It’s a bruising defeat and one that will take a bit of healing.

But all we can ask is that this Hoops team learn from it and improve their game management the next time they find themselves in a similar position.
We lost a very winnable Europa League tie. But it’s not the complete travesty some are portraying. We’ve still got another treble to win.
Time to get the mind on that and remember how it feels to come off second best.
