Celtic youth Armstrong Okoflex should aim for first team football to achieve his ambitious aims and to keep Odsonne Edouard sharp.
The Irish-born England youth international wants to follow Raheem Sterling in his development and thinks working with Brendan Rodgers is the best place to do it.
At only 16 years of age Okoflex has high ambitions for someone without a first team appearance.
Armstrong will conquer the reserves?
The attacker got on the score-sheet twice in the reserves’ last match against Falkirk in the cup.
Okoflex won the game for Celtic after trailing by a goal to the young Bairns side.

If the attacker wants to emulate his idol Sterling then he must continue to show Rodgers his qualities.
The manager will already be aware of his raw talent, but Okoflex must show that he is first-team ready.
Now would be the best time for the Irishman to show what he has with only one recognised striker fit.
Leigh Griffiths is out for an unknown period with a mysterious injury so Okoflex must grab his chance.
Scoring twice against Falkirk would have done him the world of good in doing that.
Celtic are the best development club
The former Arsenal youngster had a pick of top clubs to choose from in the summer, ending up at Celtic.
The Bhoys have brought through many successful youth talents and can teach Okoflex a lot more than signing for a top English Premier League team.
In recent times, a young Moussa Dembele was bought for a small fee from Fulham and was sold to Lyon for big bucks.
The same is hoped for his fellow countryman, Edouard, who is relishing his first choice role.
Edouard currently has no competition however and every good striker must be kept on his toes. It is important that the Frenchman doesn’t get lethargic and lose enthusiasm knowing he’ll always be chosen.
Okoflex can learn from Edouard in training to show what he needs to do to get into the manager’s plans.
Okoflex has managed to get into the reserve side young which is a feat in itself.
He will need to compete against Jack Aitchison to maintain that spot.
Aitchison has first team appearances to his name already and a goal in the Premiership.
Big targets are admirable in young strikers, but Okoflex needs to know and show that consistency is key.
