There was a full card of Scottish Premiership matches on Saturday.

Celtic beat Livingston 4-2 to take advantage of Hearts dropping points, moving within three points of the table-toppers.

Elsewhere, Rangers narrowly beat Motherwell and Aberdeen drew with Dundee United – but player pathways manager Shaun Maloney’s eyes will have also been on St Mirren Park.

There, Stephen Robinson’s side played out a 0-0 draw with Kilmarnock, who had Kris Doolan in interim charge after the sacking of Stuart Kettlewell.

And contributions from on-loan Celtic man Tobi Oluwayemi stole the show.

Do you agree with Chris Sutton’s verdict on Celtic’s penalty vs Livingston? Let us know in the comments.

Goalkeeper Oluwayemi is reportedly generating interest from Europe and the UK after his emergency loan move to Rugby Park.

He saved a penalty a few weeks ago, and is keeping Eddie Beach on the bench.

It’s been six years since Oluwayemi joined Celtic from Tottenham, as a highly-rated England youth international.

He has spent time on loan at Cork City, Admira Wacker and Dunfermline Athletic before being given a shot at Killie.

And in their goalless draw in Paisley last night, Oluwayemi was given a 10/10 rating by Sofascore.

This was after he made seven saves, including four from inside the box, three high claims, two punches and one successful run out.

So, if stats are your thing, you’re welcome.

The 22-year-old returns to Celtic in January, unless his loan in Ayrshire is extended. Celtic could keep a hold of him in hope of maximising his value.

And this is Celtic that we’re talking about, so you can mark that down as a certainty.

Other Celtic players doing well on loan

Oluwayemi isn’t the only Celtic man doing well out on loan in the Premiership.

Stephen Welsh is getting Scotland shouts for his performances at Motherwell, with Steve Clarke short on options in that position.

Fellow central defender Maik Nawrocki is on loan at Hannover in Germany – he has done well when involved, but is currently out injured.

Luis Palma’s situation at Lech Poznan is interesting, given his £4 million option to buy. As it stands, he too could move elsewhere, with that fee proving challenging for the Polish club.
