Celtic should look to make an audacious move for Everton winger Theo Walcott.
The Hoops are in need of a new winger to set the cat amongst the pigeons this season.
Current starter James Forrest has little or no competition for his position. Meanwhile, nobody on the left is holding down their spot either. It’s time to shake it up a bit.
Theo Walcott is the ideal player for Celtic
The Celtic fans are crying out for a player to come in and make an impression in January.

The Hoops are still reeling from the home derby defeat at home to Rangers which showed up a lot of flaws.
The Bhoys clearly need something new out wide and Walcott would be the perfect candidate to give that. The England international is having a tough time at Everton though, who also experienced an embarrassing derby loss in the FA Cup.
He appears to be a shadow of the player he once was while at Arsenal many years ago. Walcott has played 15 games in the English Premier League this season, providing only one assist.

However, in glimpses the talent is still there and needs to be playing in a positive environment to shine. If a transfer ever was to come to fruition, he can take hope from another Englishman in the Celtic squad.
Scott Sinclair can be the perfect man to emulate
The 30-year-old is in a similar situation to Sinclair when he arrived from Aston Villa in 2016. He was out of sorts and favour and looked to Brendan Rodgers’ Celtic to give his career a shot in the arm.
The following two seasons were perfect for him – little said about his current position the better.
Walcott could also come in and be given a free role and take the talisman mantle from Sinclair.

For the move to be possible, the out of favour Hoops man would need to leave the club, though.
Walcott would be allowed to thrive and be out of the spotlight in England but still be competitive in a title race and the Europa League. While his contract isn’t up until next year, a loan move should be looked at.
Toffees new manager Carlo Ancelotti will be looking to put his own stamp on the team and Walcott could go. Celtic should throw their hat into the ring and offer him a chance to rediscover his form.
