Celtic B were in imperious form this afternoon against Edinburgh University, powering to a 6-0 win in the Scottish Lowland Football League.
Tobi Oluwayemi and Owen Moffat both returned to Tommy McIntyre’s starting eleven after spending time with the first team in recent weeks.
Despite the return of that star power, it was actually Scotland U19 international Adam Brooks who impressed most, bagging a superb hat-trick.

However, Moffat will also receive plaudits for a stunning 25-yard free-kick, which he buried with aplomb. You can see a clip on the Twitter account of Lewis Laird, who follows Celtic B home and away.
The impressive Ben Summers also got himself on the scoresheet in the second half, as Joey Dawson continued his promising scoring streak.
Celtic B have now moved ahead of Rangers B in the league table, though the Ibrox youngsters have a game in hand and a superior goal difference.
Still, the youngsters go from strength to strength in the division, putting together a sustained run of form that gives them a real chance of finishing second come the end of the campaign.
Some of these young lads are making a serious name for themselves with the Celtic support and the experience will only help their chances of making the step up to Ange Postecoglou’s team.
