Perrie Edwards, Little Mix member and partner of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, has reflected on being there for Celtic’s title win against Hearts.
In one of the most high-profile Scottish Premiership matches in history, Edwards was an A-list guest among the friends and family of the Hoops squad.
In the end, the atmosphere at Celtic Park was one of the greatest in recent memory as two late goals secured an unlikely league title for Martin O’Neill’s men.
Plenty has been said about the post-match celebrations, but Edwards loved them — and is loving Celtic.

Perrie Edwards: Celtic vs Hearts celebrations were ‘epic’
Asked about the experience by Grado on Heart Scotland, Edwards said: “I love it. I’m so happy for them [Celtic].
“It was honestly, I’ve never seen chaos like it in my life – in the best way possible.

“Like, the way that everyone runs on the pitch after is quite scary, but epic, isn’t it? It’s pretty wild. But it was good.
“It was nice to be a part of it, and my little boy, Axel he’s football obsessed. He’s four and a half. [Alanis, newborn daughter] is thriving, she’s lovely.
“I took her on the pitch too. She had these big, massive headphones on for the noise, cancelling.
“And Axel was just in his element. Like, he loves it.
“And he’s, like, friends with Auston Trusty, and he’s like, ‘He’s my friend. He’s my friend.’ So yeah, it’s such a lovely atmosphere there.”
“I just love how friendly and approachable the Scots are, like, I just love it. I feel like I’m really at home. Probably ’cause I’m Northern, so that’s probably what it is.”
Would you extend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s contract?
“My grandaddy was Scottish, and he was from Glasgow, so he always, like, my mum does the accent really well, but I’m really bad at it. But I have spent a lot of time there. I just love it.”
Oxlade-Chamberlain could have made his final appearance for the club, with his short-term contract now expired at the end of the season.
His family are clearly enjoying it, though, and with a seismic rebuild expected in the summer, a senior presence in the dressing room could aid the transition.
