Ange Postecoglou has given the all-clear to his Celtic squad ahead of today’s derby against Rangers, sharing that everyone came out of the Ross County clash without any issues.
The update came in his press conference on Friday, which the club have uploaded to the official YouTube channel.
The only player guaranteed not to feature is new signing Oliver Abildgaard, who Postecoglou said wouldn’t be included after taking part in just one training session with his teammates so far.

In contrast, Rangers are dealing with a few injury problems heading into today’s derby with Tom Lawrence the latest to drop out of contention in Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s team.

Regardless, nobody should be taking Rangers for granted today. It’s likely to be a tough, tight encounter.
Yes, things are positive at Celtic at the moment, and rightly so. The team is firing in goals, we had a great transfer window and have a mouthwatering Champions League group ahead.
But the visitors today are effective at disrupting attacking teams, and it will require a big performance from the Bhoys to play through them. We’re capable, of course, but only at our best.
It’s a match to really look forward though. There is genuine excitement from fans about what we may be able to achieve today and on Tuesday night.
Bring them on!
