Sead Haksabanovic looks to be edging closer to completing a move to Celtic, with reports stating that the winger is set to undergo a medical.
The 23-year-old has been looking to force an exit from his current club, Rubin Kazan, this summer, just one year on from joining the Russian side for a fee in the region of £6 million.
Currently, Haksabanovic is training on his own in Sweden, as he attempts to sort his future for the season ahead with only two weeks remaining in the transfer window.

Rubin Kazan were hoping to recuperate a similar fee to the one they paid to sign the winger last summer from Swedish side IFK Norrkoping.
This has allowed Celtic to renter negotiations over a potential deal for Haksabanovic after reportedly turning down the chance to sign the former West Ham man earlier in the window.
Celtic’s interest appears to have stepped up significantly over the last 24 hours, with reports in Russia and Sweden suggesting that the Hoops are edging closer to signing Haksabanovic.
According to Sun Sport, Celtic have taken yet another step closer to completing their latest summer signing, with the Rubin Kazan attacker set to undergo a medical in the next 24 hours.
The Montenegrin internationalist will travel to London to be assessed by the club’s medical staff after both clubs agreed on a ‘knockdown fee’ for the player.

Ange Postecoglou edging closer to adding another key piece to Celtic squad jigsaw.
It has been another busy summer transfer window for Ange Postecoglou, adding several new additions and some familiar faces from last season on permanent deals.
However, the 56-year-old isn’t quite done yet in the market.
The Celtic boss has admitted the club are keeping their eyes open for players who they believe could have an impact on this squad.
One position that Postecoglou has admitted he would be keen to add is a versatile attacking player, and Haksabanovic fits the bill perfectly for that.
His natural position may be on the left wing, but he is also capable of playing in the front three as well as part of the midfield.
So, the Swedish-born attacker seems like the perfect fit to become the latest player to join this squad and bar any issues in his medical, it looks as though the club will have that deal done across the next few days.
