Neil Lennon has provided an update on the trio of Ryan Christie, Tom Rogic, and Olivier Ntcham.
Both Rogic and Ntcham have been back in training over the last week. The former was spotted on a YouTube clip Celtic posted showing the team training ahead of Sunday.
Ntcham, meanwhile, featured in a bounce game against Morton last Friday. Due to that, it’s easy to expect that he will be fit also.

But a report in the Celtic View (Volume 54, Issue 35, page 6), the publication confirmed that Lennon stated both Ntcham and Rogic would be in contention for Sunday. According to the view, even Christie could have an outside chance of participating in some capacity.
Christie closer than we thought?
Christie has been a big miss from the Celtic midfield in recent weeks. But it didn’t seem that he was ready to pull on the Hoops and get out onto the pitch just yet.
The player himself said in an interview with Celtic TV that he was looking at a “couple of weeks” out. Therefore, his potential return this weekend is a big surprise. It’s also solid proof that the youngster is closer to a return than we all initially thought – perhaps even the player himself.

Rogic and Ntcham will prove to be key additions to the squad, and not just on Sunday either. If Rogic is shoved straight back into the starting XI, it would sort out out number 10 issue.
As for Ntcham, however, he’ll surely be behind both Scott Brown and Callum McGregor in the pecking order. But he adds real class in our midfield depth.
In the bigger picture, these are three massive boosts ahead of the Premiership split in a couple of weeks’ time. Celtic could face trips to the likes of Pittodrie, Easter Road, and Ibrox in their final five fixtures. Having a near-fully fit squad would be ideal.
Hopefully Lennon provides more light on Christie in particular at his press conference at the end of the week. But, considering the report in this week’s Celtic View, it’s looking extremely positive.
