Celebrity Celtic fans Martin Compston and Nicky Byrne joined Robbie Keane for a sing song.

The Bhoys joined forces on a bus to sing club anthem Fields of Athenry.

The trio had played together in the weekend charity football match Soccer Aid, raising money for Unicef.

The impromptu sing-song went down a storm among the Celtic Irish contingent on Twitter.

Love Island star Kem Cetinay filmed Compston, Byrne and Keane on Instagram following the game.

He remarks he doesn’t know the song but tries his best to join in with The Bhoys.

The hoedown is enhanced due to the visible amounts of Peroni on the bus. Even the muffled face of Eric Cantona is seen plodding along to the song.

Nevertheless, the lads appear to be having a top time while raising money for charity.

All three have played some part at Celtic Park in the past.

Greenock man Compston has played in a few charity games but has yet to score a long awaited goal at Parkhead.

Byrne has also played in a fundraiser along with other celebrities.

Lastly, loanee Keane played a monumental part in the end to the 2009/10 season, finishing top scorer.

Despite many fans’ desires, the Irishman didn’t return to Celtic permanently.

Future ambassador role for Compston?

It’s no secret how much the Line of Duty star loves the club.

He is a proper fan who has been out to the stadium and has been there and wore the t-shirt.

Celeb fans come and go but Compston appears to be a ground roots supporter.

He even paid tribute to the Lisbon Lions at the charity match by wearing the number 67.

Perhaps with his stock rising, Compston would be the ideal candidate to be a club ambassador. He will be able to spread the club around the world as his fan base increases.

It will also fulfil his Celtic dream as a special employee of the club.

The likes of Billy Connolly and Rod Stewart have seats for life, but the fans like Compston deserve it more.
