Ross County defender Marcus Fraser has sent an interesting message to Celtic ahead of this Saturday’s Premiership clash.
The Dingwall side go into the Parkhead meeting firmly inside the league’s top six after going four games unbeaten. The newly promoted side may not have tasted success over Celtic in eight games but they have always been a bit of a bogey side for us – and Neil Lennon in particular.

And Fraser, who was at Celtic under Lennon not so long ago, reckons history could repeat itself if the Hoops aren’t careful.
“It’s a good stadium we’re going to be playing at, and off the back of a few good results we go there with good confidence and knowing that we can go there and hopefully try and get something from the game,” he told the Herald.
“So I’m sure the managers will set us up with the right tactics and the right frame of mind to go there hopefully for a positive result.

“It can happen and they’ll know that themselves. Ross County are coming, it’s not just going to be a walk in the park.”
Celtic can’t afford to take Ross County lightly
You do highly doubt that the words “Ross County are coming” will be echoing round the Celtic dressing room at 10 to 3 on Saturday. But maybe they should be.
We found out in our last match, albeit on the road, that the smaller teams in the league do have the potential to make things difficult for us on their day. It will be much harder for County to do it in Glasgow than it was for Livingston a fortnight ago but the point still remains. The Celtic players have to have the right mentality to play.

The atmosphere at Celtic Park may be a little eerier than it has been in recent weeks but it’s up to the players to inject some vibrancy back into proceedings. It’s easy to forget that a win will put us back top of the league.
Doing it in style, and sending a message to our rivals, would be just brilliant.
